Easy Horsebarn Hill loop on roads with TCRC. Working today and their run started right by the parking garage, so an easy jaunt before heading over to the greenhouses. Legs felt a little heavy, presumably tired from yesterdays run or maybe they just didn't like running on cold pavement.

Strider group run at 9am. But clear and cold meant I couldn't really afford to wait before heading in to work, so went to the park early and ran my loop, meeting up with the 9am crowd for the group photo (and a couple muffins, courtesy of Denise) then headed off to work. Decent run, easy warmup on singletrack along Rt85, then picked up the pace to race pace, or as near as I could maintain it for the balance of the run. Low angle sunlight made it difficult to see the trail surface in some areas, but no trips or falls.
