2.6. A competitor must wear the swim cap if provided by the Race Director on the outside of all other swim caps. For aquathlons or other multi-swim events the wearing of the swim cap if provided is compulsory for the first swim leg and optional in subsequent swim legs.

Swim caps were not provided but apparently we needed one!

Started with the wrong group, need my hearing checked. Water was pancake flat, Ive swum in pools with more chop.

Cycling race 36:10 [5] 20.0 km (1:49 / km)

Road bike no tt bars on so fairly pleased with the time but went a little too hard early.

Running race 22:59 [5] 5.0 km (4:36 / km)

I think this time is incorrect due to my "fast" transition , i supect given what the kid who just beat me my time is closer to low 22 or high 21.
