Running warm up/down 23:00 
I was debating whether or not to go running today due to a cold I've been fighting since last week but decided to go out anyway b/c the weather was nice and warm, and I needed to wash my hair today, so good enough reasons to run.
Strength + Stretch warm up/down (stretch) 10:00 
Running tempo 17:00  2.0 mi (8:30 / mi)
2 mile tempo run on the track, the first two laps were a bit too fast, ~2min each but then I settled in to 2:10 min mode.
Will gradually increase these to 3 mi and then do a 3 mi race to see where I stand.
