Orienteering 55:30 [4] ****
shoes: Puma narabota
3rd Highlander loop (1st half of Lowlander, which I originally planned to do). Had unusually sore r. knee before starting, was late to start and had to scramble a bit to the first control, forgot to clear my stick but figured it will work anyway. After 1, things went well, concentration was in order, no major mistakes. Knee pain was nagging me the whole way, couldn't lift my right leg very high so blueberry bushes were not enjoyed as much as on other days. At the end my knee started to throb so i knew I wouldn't be able to do the second loop. Mom of course, disapproved but I think it was the right choice, don't want to be stuck with a f'up knee later on.
