The ski-o week was amazing for my recovery. the cold that i had disappeared and my condition improved. I knew I was not prepared at all to take these competitions as races, therefore I had to listen to my body and take it easy. I'm proud of myself for not going overboard while skiing, getting plenty of sleep (I got about 9 hrs min each night), and relaxing in general. This was an awesome recovery for me. Now I can start training. I was convinced to go to TT so that is my first priority, then we shall see what comes next..
