was a shite game... hahha field was tiny. extremely bumpy, 5 on 5 tight, no space.
and most of all... nobody was running (except me)
and i mean the D was hanging out with the goalie type of non-running.
waste of time, but it was sunny and nice out.
The gang was good, them all long term friends just there to hang out.

Kelso trails with AM, it was good fun adventurous ridding for me, a cycle in a park for AM, but hey!
I went over my handle bars once, and my whale squeaked loud and clear when my body hit the handle bars, hahaha.
Quite funny!
I was fine, decided to be a little less "lazy" in jumping the front tire over obstacles.

My front shock is completely flat, ... so flat I actually cannot speak of a shock at this point,...
what a beautiful sunny day!

small trail run with AM before leaving Kelso, my endomondo included a bathroom stop, cause my tummy was still causing me troubles, but time corrected here.
It was fun and twisty.

small HighPark runaroo (such a nice afternoon).
Did the hills and trails.

I was pretty tired by then, and had blisters that held me back on the downhills... but lots of fun to hang out in the sun!!
