Orienteering race 49:40 [5] 6.5 km (7:38 / km)

Middle at munkedal. Started really well, took a bad route straight on the long leg, then had a string of controls 9-13 where I was picking bad lines and not being aggressive enough physically, but after the run through picked it up again and finished quite strong.

World cup sprint, Lysekil. Not a great race, a lot of hesitating and a couple of bad route choices. Not that it mattered.

Easy shakeout, no satellites. Felt like a warm up without the stress of a session.

Bit of a long warm up, planned Östergatan but had to switch to studenternas, via friskis.

Running intervals 6:39 [5] 2.4 km (2:46 / km)

6x400 on a 2:30 cycle, strong but making sure the form didn't get sloppy. Must have been still warming up on the first one, got rolling after that, times were
71, 68, 66, 65, 65, 64
Wet and windy night but seemed to get a good window of dryness.
