H1 hpd. Felt wrecked pretty early, and threw in some foolish routes and executions.

Course out at Calophylla, courtesy of mum. Went out after a nap without a warm up so didn't feel great until well into the course. Nav in the complex stuff wasn't bad though.

From West perth, through kings park to Uwa boatshed, then along the river to the narrows and up the freeway to trc.

Running tempo 20:00 [5] 5.97 km (3:21 / km)

Uwa mona. Wasn't feeling great warming up after a long day at uni, but felt good once the session got going. Stayed strong but still couldn't quite crack the big 6k. Went through 5km only a second off my pb, so hopefully that will drop soon.
