Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]

Jog round the oval with the dog.

Orienteering 14:11 [3] 2.6 km (5:27 / km)

First leg at curtin. Questionable route to the first eighth and terrible to 9, rest was clean and fast. Felt a bit depressed about my time until i realised the first leg runners had started early (either that or fletch did extremely well to keep a 2:26 pace to the first.)

Orienteering 12:38 [3] 2.5 km (5:03 / km)

Guess at the time. Had a very sloppy moments, and bad route to 10, but other than that decent. Until 11, Saw the circle in roughly the same place as the second last on my previous course, so just switched off and ran to that, MPing and disqualifying Andre in the process. Really disappointing, i was feeling fast on this one, and would have pulled us back into 3rd. Apologies again to Andre

Used the new "fitness totem" 500m markers, but my gps was regularly registering a bit further, wouldn't surprise me if they had stretched the distance a little to get the exact 7 totems.
