Seems to take 10 minutes to warmup, and then is a very very slight increase in power for the rest of the ride, not so much fade. I am taking that to mean, hopefully, increased fitness.

3x shoveling, approximately 3, 2, and 1.5, although the yard measures more like 3. Apple watch seemed to count it as bit which was nice as I was a bit sleepy for a late night trainer last night.
