Ran the Brown x ......knees felt real good ....no issue ....good run with just one big goof ....set the comp. for No. 7 and not 3.....the rest of the run was great......so it was a good day in the woods.....knees happy after the run ...so it was great to be able to run again now just have to get back in shape.....

Went out and did the Trail O that was set up.....Peter G. gave me the general info. on what to do.....went out got a few right..... this was fun and I will try to do it again when I go to Pa. ....it might help me see things in the woods better....

Ran the Narrow Lane loop.......legs ok ...not as good as yesterday....but still ok......legs out of shape....but its a start....

Ran the base loop.....this was the best run I have had since my knee popped......it felt like a real run.....no issues with legs....could this be the beginning of a good fall ???
