Ran the A course sprint at bethel.....good run ....felt better then last weekend.....could have had better route to #11 but not bad over all

Ran the B sprint course at Bethel....good run....a little goof at # 9 over ran it and then tripped and hurt rt. knee again...walked it off back to the control and it was ok after that.... again not super effort but much better then last weekend..... Nice courses .... Thanks Sue and Rick....had a good time.....

Ran the Green course at Paugussett....legs dead tired and knee's sore....going down hill was a pain.....had a good run going until # 8 and then over ran it ...relo and found it but lost a few min. .....felt good on all the routes but that one.....

worked on getting the RV ready to tuck away for the winter....and bringing in all the yard stuff ....so they won't blow away if the storm shows up Mon.
....went for a short run on the base loop....knees still not happy campers...

Well came back to earth.....and fell flat on my face.....I was just out of this race before I started......I have not done many sprints and did not feel good about doing this one..... I need to figure out what to do to stay in control and not just run around like a fool..... all the goofs were over runs.... I hate this scale....and have no feel for how far I should be going....I had the same issue down in Ky. .....1-3 ok then flew by 4-5 .... 6-7 ok..... and then had no clue what to do or where I was one 8-9 over ran both and lost my mind.....18 min. later got back on track and finished ok.... but just a big downer.....I need to figure what to do .... and work on it..... I think I will go into the fields (where I don't have worry about falling on my face) in back of the house and work on running and reading the map as I run faster then I do in the woods.....and just study the 1-5k map..... need to do better next Sat......

Tight and sore from the ride home from Pa. .... plus mad as hell after real bad sprint and just wanted to get back out and do something.... so went for an easy bike ride in Orange.... knees not happy about this.... but my head felt better when I got home...
