To lazy to run up to late last night playing 18th century soldier at the F&I war event at the Fort at No. 4 in N.H. using 18th century shoes just kills your feet....
Played Golf in the AM. played well it's about time.... Went for a bike ride felt out of it just needed to get a work out in ..... felt better when I got home and showered!!!

Ran O meet day 2 of Blue Mt. Ran Green Had good day much better then Sundays effort... Made one bad route and over shot one control... Both when I wanted to get away from other runners and not taking my time and thinking.... Humid and warm but felt real good....
