Course 5. No major mistakes - just slow particularly at the start, finding breathing difficult. First few control areas I recognised from last years course setting. I was dissapointed that many legs had no route choice and there was nothing else to do but go down to the bottom of a gully and then back up the other side. Finished second behind simmo. Not bad considering I had done no running training for more than a few months
