Today we drove to Val-David to go climbing with friends. Had an amazing day. This was my first experience climbing outside. So much fun!

Feeling pretty sore after last night's run and very sleepy after a week of not getting to bed until 12:30 each night.

15 mins warm-up run over to Mud Lake.
8 x 350m from parking to fence on windy trail. 1 min rest in between each.
First leg- 2:18
Second leg- 2:24
8th leg- 2:20
In between only had 1 leg that was faster than my original (2:14, 6th leg I think). Yes, I will start slower next time and not try to keep up with the guys.
Cool down run back to FR. Ouch.
