I met with the pain doctor on Friday and had another round of injections. This time specifically targeted at the area where the nerve goes on either side of my spin, around the L4/L5. I was told to take it easy for the weekend and then I could start to run again today. It's early to tell, but I think I do feel better after this treatment. We'll have to see after a week or two how I'm doing.
