Red course at a local meet set up by Hudson Valley Orienteering, at Eagle Rock Reservation in New Jersey. This was a good meet for me. The park is very nice, with lots of trails that were all well-mapped. I made sure I knew where I was on the map at all times, kept a good pace, and avoided making any appreciable navigational mistakes.

Up the stadium steps at Stony Brook University.
3 sets, 5 repetitions each. Each set took five minutes (which makes it about one minute a repetition), with one minute of rest between sets.
Estimated the height of the stadium steps to be 10 meters, don't really know how accurate that is.
