Nice run in the Fells with Kenny, Karen, Joel, and Suzanne. While we were on the Pine Hill map (first 20 minutes), kept track of our position.

Biked on rural roads with a friend on a hybrid bike. Lots of fun

swam across Walden Pond, and partway back. It's much nicer to swim on open water than in a pool! I know, I should do more running
