BazingaDog and I went for a tour of the local raspberry picking sites - some walking, some jogging, some eating. We started him on arthritis medication last week in case he was feeling sore and he's perked right up.

Note

A friend invited me to do Expedition Canada next year and I had to admit to her - and myself - that I don't think I'll ever be able to do an expedition AR again. I'll be really happy if I can do a long run again.

Interestingly, she had Achilles pain for 4 years but signed up for an expedition AR anyway. Her teammates were concerned to see her limping beforehand but the 540 km race seems to have cured her Achilles problem. !!! For now, I think I'll stick with my physio exercises but I sure am jealous.
