we volunteered at Mile 7 of Grandma's this AM and had a great time. then lunch at Spokengear and ride out. i put this loop together based on Strava heatmap and it was fine but a bit more pavement than i was anticipating. no traffic issues tho. i felt horrible for first two hours, just no power and burpy. then Erl suggested some Tums which I did have and that helped turn things around a bit.

Bellevue loop. Felt better than last week but about the same pace! I had headphones and was listening to an audiobook. About 800m from home my phone pack-dialed my mom so ended up chatting w her for the last bit. I mean, don’t question the pack dial.
