PT visit. Confirmed left ankle mobility issues (no dorsiflexion). Am limited to exercises that do not cause pain, so it'll be a lot of spinning until I can get mobility and strength back in my ankle.

2 PT sessions twice a week for 3 weeks, then a reassessment.
