My impression of this run and Garmin track match up pretty well this week. I am happy that I seem to be pinning my errors down to be both smaller and less frequent. Today, 2.5 min on #3, 2 min on 11 and 1 min on 12 plus some small errors (10-15 seconds each at a couple of other points). While it lasts, this feels like real progress. For #3, I didn't pick a sufficiently good attack point, C11 I drifted way off my line and then corrected several times badly and C12 was just a hangover from this (read: standing stupidly on the hillside grumbling). I thought my running was poor but the AP speed suggests I should be happy enough so I'm going with it. It is the really long, steep hills are really cutting into me these days (leg 2 today).

Waited for the cold rain to turn to damp snow. The run was nice, intentionally very casual for 4 miles and then a bit harder push for about 2. Essentially 1/2 the Mini, to set some kind of a baseline.
