A long run for me in my current condition. Fairly consistent splits after the first 3 miles. Very few people on the trail today for muggy but otherwise comfortable running weather.

Needed to think about some metabolism problems before commencement. It was interesting to try to think about something while running rather than trying to stop thinking about things while running. Cool afternoon, seems that I am already switching to my summery personal thermostat.
