Sweat fest at Albion hills!!!

Was supposed to be just 1.5 hr z1-2 run today as per the plan but since I had cut short my ride yesterday and that fact that I have a off road race in a week figured I can make up with off-road brick! More over this would be my only weekend for training for the next 7 weeks during which I will be racing every weekend!!! Hopefully my training whole year will pay off !

About 18k bike followed by about 8k trail run.

Supposed to be 3.5 hr ride followed by 30 min run - brick workout but stuck with the group, decided to cut it short.

Still not comfortable with new IM setup on my tri bike. Seat height was raised couple inches and the first 2 hrs felt good but stated feeling the effects in the end - almost got dropped from the group twice and extra push left me tired!

25mins run followed by bike felt good as always!
