TOTNT - Back in the saddle ...of pain Edition

With the fall racing season upon us and a nice relaxing summer vacation from any physical excursion ...time to get back at it. Of course started out with an uncharged Garmin305; so old school entry. Times are based on estimates as I didn't have a watch. Riverdale East loop is usually ~7.5min and since I fat and slow these days, estimating 8min a lap.

3x Riverdale East loop w ~2min btwn each

ten sets, alternating singles and doubles; ...plus some spanst to close 'er out.
