Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. Paula had a doctor's appointment this morning, so she could join me. Nice morning but cold.

Walk to lunch. Could see the baby ducks off in the distance.
Bicycle 15:00 [1]
Rode to work. Couldn't ride to swimming because I had a flat tire.

Walked home. Paula picked me up part way. Drove back and got my bike.
