Few minor things but nothing of consequence. Still wasn't very fast. I got even slower when I got a leg cramp by number 9. After stretching awhile I hobbled awhile until I got jog again. I had to be very carful the rest of the race and couldn't just run naturally.

mapping/vetting the University of Maryland map. As usual, lots of updates. There are a lot of nooks and crannies that you just can't see until you get there. As usual, made lots of updates to the south part of the map as I check out my potential course.

After mapping went for a run along the paintbranch paved trail. I forgot my current running shoes so I just ran in my old running shoes that I use while mapping. Nice run. I was doing fine until I got a side ache on the way back. Had to stop and stretch and then take it easy for awhile.
