I haven't been doing any training for 2 months and my cardio is all gone (as evident by my heart rate). It was high but I wasn't running hard.
Course was a long trail run out to the far part of the map then orienteer back. By the end of the long run I was done and ready to quit :).
Generally orienteered clean. Course avoided the worst green plus the park is much less green than mapped. Several times I opted to not to take the trails and instead go through the green. I think the direct line was quicker.
Traveled 5.67 miles over course.
