It was a runner's course and I just didn't have the strength. I struggled running across the fields. I made a few bobbles but was mostly just slow running.
Heart rate was up so I was running hard.

Ran as hard as I could but I just so tired. Every hill was a mountain. I was breathing so hard the entire course. Heart rate was highest it has been in awhile. At least I was clean to the controls. Ran fast enough that team Peggy, Ted, Jon was able to get first (but not by much).

I had intended to actually run on the treadmill but the shoulder was hurting all day and when I started running it got really bad. I had to stop running and just walk. Eventually my shoulder loosened up so I could run some walk some.
