Out of shape and getting over a strained hamstring so I just did Green. 1 mile into the course I was beat and ready to call it quits. I am so out of shape.
Generally I did ok but I had some troubles near the end as I was getting dehydrated and stupid.

Easy run. Hamstring holding its own. Still stiff but I think that is just because it healed tight.

I didn't play well but wasn't bad either. My shoulder is still sore but less so. my team played as we always do, poorly. Next week we play the good teams and are going to get creamed.
