The vegetation and footing were too much for me. I liked the courses better but couldn't move. There were three options, run on rock, run through blue berry bushes, or run through Mountain laurel. I bruised my foot bad and could hop from rock to rock. I am too out of shape for plowing through blue berry bushes. And mountain laurel is a short person excerside trying to duck under the branches. I was very slow. I also took a really bad spill on one of the trails. I landed hard on my left hand and right shoulder, both with are now very sore. I also ended up hitting my jaw and getting a mouthful of dirt (better than rock).
