I was expecting the green course to be memory so was surpised when the green course was separate. I was clean but slow on the green course. Basically went mostly straight to every control.

There aren't many people who know this map better than I do. I was looking forward to smoking this course. I saw at least one person studying the start map off the clock. I did it all on clock. I started of strong. It was like a sprint. I would spend all of 3 seconds looking at the map and say "oh, its that feature". I was doing well.up until the 5-6 leg. I took a quick look at the map, saw it was run down to the trail, and cut up at the junction. No problem. Off I ran. unfortunately, I was looking at the 6-7 leg and not the 5-6 leg. since I hadn't paid any attention to other things when stuff didn't match I was in trouble. Eventuallly I ran to far and said I know the trail junction was before the stream junction. Rather than run all the way back to the previous control. I recalled seeing a omap control while doing the green course. I went up the hill to it. I expected It to be a later control only to realize it was my control. I had looked at the wrong leg. This was was a gimme. Oh well. At that point I was very tired.
