I left my house at 3:30 planning to visit my mother on the way. Rt 95 was shut down. I spent 2 hours stuck in traffic before I finally got a point I could exit. I skipped visiting my mother. I didn't get down to the meet site until 7:10.

Orienteering wise, I did ok. I was fairly clean but slow. I took a hard fall early on running down a flat trail. I looked at my map and tripped on a big root sticking up.
I wore my Petzl TIKKA RXP and carried a more powerful flashlight in my hand. The handheld light was more powerful spot beam but it interfered with the reactive lighting in my head lamp so I didn't use it much.
Since we couldn't wear spikes in the building I didn't stick around. Fortunately Amy graciously came and down loaded my epunch for me.

We played well but still lost all three games. All the games were close.

Last game of the session (and maybe forever). We had played poorly all session and continue to do so. Last night we lost 14-0. They actually stopped keeping score after 10-0. After 5-0 we had an extra player and still couldn't do anything. My team just won't run or play as a team. Individually we aren't bad, but as a team we suck.
At the end of the game, the team manager said he isn't doing it anymore. He has done it for 14 years and is tired of doing it. No one else wanted to step up and do it.

rode the bike to rest my calf. Calf feeling good but I wanted to give ti time to heal.

Decided to use the treadmill after the bike. Walked fast initially then did a slow jog.
