Orienteering was navigationally easy (almost like an orange course). I took at least one poor route choice but was clean everywhere else. I didn't feel very fast but did try to keep moving.

I had bunch of hesitations but was fairly clean. The climb seemed much more than advertised.

I had an early start. Definite disadvantage to starting early. I had to make the tracks through all the high grass areas. I orienteered fairly cleanly just not very fast.

I still have several injured areas, my back being the largest. I was still up for volleyball (later flying out to Kentucky.
I played really well. I was passing well, and blocking well. I didn't get a chance to hit but I am sure I would have hit well. Unfortunately some of the rest of the team had and off day. We had an opportunity to win but gave it away.
