Day 4 of orienteering. I was still tired and sore but less so previous days. Generally did ok but messed up two controls. Going to number 4 I ran off the map. I got on an unmapped ride and followed it off the map. I realized I had run off the map but had very tough time relocating. I finally relocated off control 5 which I could see in the distance.
Going to 7 I misread the map and had a less then optimal route choice.
Except for 4 I was ok with my run. It definitely could have been faster but that is what you get for not training.
GPS watch said covered 7.5K.

Covered3.06 miles according to GPS watch.
Map was very different then what we have been running on so far this week. I started off sloppy but then settled down. There were several cases where I was where I was supposed to be but didn't see the control. Some of the control locations were dubious. The single trees where especially vague.

Easy run. I had gas problems so had to run slower than planned.
