Orienteering (summer series) 1:09:25 [3] 4.62 mi (15:02 / mi)

It was really hot out (about 100). There was also a water incident that 1/2 the water on the course wasn't there. At the one water stop I didn't take water figuring others would need it more. I should have taken a least a cup. I started over heating and getting dehydrated 2/3 of the way through so walked a lot the last part. A lot of people cut their course short.
I forget my o-shoes shoe ran it in old running shoes. Map was good but there was a lot of stilt grass the first 1/2.

It was hot but I needed to get some running in. Took a fairly easy run.

A good turn out. We had 13 people. We practiced a lot of drills with basic ball control then focused on shooting.

This time I used the trail but didn't have my compass which made it difficult. I think the map needs updating (with Lidar) to get rid of some of the inconsistancies. I turned down the wrong trail on the way back in and had to cut through the woods.
I was really tired and in danger of cramping.
