Controls were not hung. The strings had been tied but the controls were resting on the ground. Many of the controls were in negative features, depressions, reentrants it was very hard to find them. Especially since many were also hung in new downfall. In several cases I was 10 ft from the control and still couldn't see it or the feature.
I did make one mistake early in the course. in my enthusiam to run hard I turned 90 degrees and ran off course.

Too cold outside to go mapping so i stayed home and working on the drafting the Glen Artney map. Finally had to run on the treadmill.

First game after the holiday break. We played a new team to our division that dropped down from the better division. They were better than us and it showed. After the first few minutes I played ok and didn't give up any goals. It didn't work as well for the rest of the team. We lost 9-2.
