My check was bothering me and playing soccer put it over the edge. I pulled my strained muscle. I had to sit out the last part of the game.
My team couldn't pull together enough. We didn't play well and lost 3-2.

Running to/from mapping. Running on the railroad tracks is a great way to train for running on rocks. You have to take uneven steps to hit the railroad ties just like rocks.

Played ok but once again we couldn't score. We lost 2-0. We haven't scored a goal all season.
