Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [3]
shoes: VB: Newbalance 620

My team played a superior team toninght and got creamed. We didn't adjust to a good team. In general I didn't have any thing to do with our loss. I hardle touched the ball all night. The other team didn't serve to me, didn't try to spike by me and my team didn't set me. I guess I intimidated everyone.

Soccer (indoor) 25:00 [4]
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

My team started off slow but picked up pace later. We did best when I was on the field if I do say so myself. I didn't score but set up 1/2 of our scores. We are undefeated this season after 5 games. We won last night 8-7.

Run warm up/down (road) 4:00 [3] 0.5 mi (8:00 / mi)
shoes: Soccer indoor Nike 2006

Run around the parking lots to loosen up.

Soccer (outdoor) 1:20:00 [3]

Well, my team still hasn't improved. I have tried everything to get us to score more/any goals but is hasn't worked. The only other thing I can do is move me out of the defense but there I am the only thing holding the defense together.
We lost 4-0 this time. It is really fustrating. My defense actually does a decent job but the offense won't give us any support.

Run (road) 32:17 [3] 4.12 mi (7:50 / mi)
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline 2007

Went for a run after soccer game. I missed a turn so ran farther than I intended. Probably good training for the stumble.

Orienteering (boulderdash blue) 1:33:49 [3] 7.6 km (12:21 / km)

See course comments. I would have done better had the map been better or at least if they hadn't covered over some many $%##$ features with the course line and circle. WHY CAN'T COURSE SETTERS/PRINTERS DO A PROPER JOB.
