Stiff and sore for previous night but needed to get out to loosen up some.
Started off ok but got bathroomitis part way through and had to walk home.

Volleyball Scrimmage.
Season starts next week. It was a good thing we have some sort of practice because I really needed it. On one play, I had a good set but
seriously overstated by ability to jump. I jumped to spike the ball, missed the ball, then the ball hit me in the head. My team looks good but we were only playing with 5 people instead of 6. Other team looked weak.

Played hard with a lot of time in midfield. i had four good opportunities to shoot the ball. I scored on one of them. I should have scored on 3 or 4 of them. My team looked good and we won 11-4. of course, my goal was the one that opened up the lead for us. It put us up 4-3 at the time.

Ran down to the casino boat area as I knew I could get onto the dyke trail there. I ran the entire dyke trail to the end. Fortunately they had a bathroom there. Good ole Iowa, a bathroom wherever you need one.
