Soccer (Indoor Game) 35:00 [5]

9:00 pm game.
Played well and ran real hard. Made some nice
moves to fake out the opponents only to choke the actual shot. Their goalie did a good job of stopping us. Eventhough we dominated the game we lost 2-1.

Run (mountain road) 52:15 [3] 6.6 mi (7:55 / mi)

After yesterday's run there was no way I was going to do that again. I just did part of the loop and that was still plenty.
9:33, 11:01 10:41 9:08 11:51.
The last 1.4 miles was really unpleasant. You cut by the farm and start up the .75 mile long hill. Unfortunately just as you are really sucking wind you realize that the farmer just spread manure right along the field by the road for .4 miles. Ug, talk about not being able to breath.

Run (Mountain roads) 1:25:52 [3] 10.8 mi (7:57 / mi)

Up at my dads being a nurse. I decided to do my dad's mid range loop of 10.8. He warned me it was hilly but oh boy oh boy.
- First 1.2ish mile was mostly down hill: 9:36
- Next 1.3ish miles was also flat and downhill. 10:34
- Next 1.25 miles mostly up hill and at time steep. 10:40
- Next Mile is on Interstate 219 running up some mountain. 9:39
- Next Mile, still on interstate still running up mountain 9:46.
- Finally the top and some downhill (some steep). 6:08
- Turn down the gravel road, Down hill 1.4 miles to the creek 9:06
- What goes down must go up, up 1 mile. 9:20
- Final 1.35 mile up hill mostly 11:03.
It was one tough run.

Orienteering 1:10:34 [3] 6.44 km (10:57 / km)

Broadcreek. Fell 100 yrds out of the start and twisted my ankle. Able to still run. Lots of climb. Orienteering was easy but footing tough with all the leaves.
