So I decided not to double today, so that we'd be ready to go as soon as Christine's car was ready. Our trip to Detroit was made more difficult when the winds shifted and snow started dumping down in Ontario, taking away the Canadian route, so we chose the way left route, going down 390-Dansville-Hornel-17 and safely avoided all snow. We'll see what happens for the return trip after the game.

Back on the treadmill at the Y with Christine on the next one. She ran faster than me, but only 4 minutes instead of 1/2 mile.
Did 5 x 1/2 mile with 0.06 walk recovery and then 0.3 at the end.
Ramped up 5.5mph to 5.9, then just 5.5 on the last stretch as my right hip was getting sore.

Someone was on Expresso Bike 1 so I had to use Bike 2 and ran out of gas later in the ride as I tried to walk down the 170 pacer who started with a big lead while I got music on my phone, then he started slipping away on the long downhill.

30 min 90s Rock Ride with Emma Lovewell on nate's Peloton. Managed to edge out my best 30 min effort with 346kJ.

Then went to see the Bills game against the Vikings which definitely goes down as one of the most painful losses of all time. Not as bad as Wide Right or 13 Seconds because of the stakes of those games, but I don't remember a more painful regular season loss, except perhaps the loss to the Steelers backups to miss the playoffs comes close.
