AHA Run/Walk at Genesee Valley Park. First 5K race in a very long time, so we'll just call this a post-Achilles PR and not dwell on how slow I was. Took a 30s walking break after a mile (well, 1.05 by the time I noticed), then decided that 30s after the next two 0.75 mi stretches made sense. Passed by a stroller on my final walking break, but caught back up to them. Also beaten by Geoff Kelly's mother.

15 push-ups after Luke's birthday celebration which included his being denied a drink at Jeremiah's on his 21st birthday because he did not bring all of the paper pieces of his new license. I spent 25 minutes driving home and back to pick it up so that the choice to not drink would be his and not Petunia's.

Subbed in my old league at Webster and boy was I rusty. Took a 9 on the first hole and hit drives OB on 3 other holes, so put up a 56 overall. But I was hitting the ball well by the end. No touch around the greens.
