P=179, C=77 45 min 90s Ride - EMMA LOVEWELL on nate's Peleton. Legs were still heavy from Thursday's climb so I didn't kill myself, but decent workout.

Got out for a jog/walk at lunchtime. Same route as last time but much nicer weather. 2 songs on / 1 minute walk. Songs were a little on the long side, so didn't make it to a 4th walking break. Just after the first walk I had a 30 second break to give a deaf gentleman directions to John St. Since I was using the Fitbit, I couldn't pause the watch quickly (nor could I read it while jogging as it's not bright enough and the time is very small numbers).

P=163 (170 during stage ride), C=67 Tour of Watopia Stage 3 which included the Epic KOM which was nearly 90 minutes of climb. Kept all 20 switchback legs above 170w, so that goal broke things up nicely.

P=185 Treadmill at Y. Tried the 1 minute walk, run for the balance of two songs thing at 6.2mph, but the second set of songs included Rockefeller Skank, which happened to have a beat that exactly matched my cadence, but went on for a long time, so after that I just jogged one song at 5.8 and walked 30 seconds for three songs and finished up to 3 miles even at 6.0.

Right to the pool after the treadmill so the pool felt even warmer than usual and I was worn out. 400 - 7:25 5x100 p/s - 1:41,1:49,1:44,1:50,1:44 4x50 kick fl/fr (was in middle so no back) 200 pim - 3:55 300 pull ez

P=178, C=82 Tour of Watopia Stage 2. Missed the first stage, but I think there will be a make-up opportunity. Held up pretty well with a large pack for the first half, then a minor uphill broke things up and I couldn't stick. Took a while of bouncing between one or two other riders until I was able to catch on to a small group for the last 10 minutes or so.
