Tour de Zwift Stage 3 make-up ride. This was 15 minutes of flat/downhill with a small group, then 80 minutes of climb - I knew there was climb, but didn't know it would be this long and mostly 8-10%. They had 21 segments mapped off which allowed for chipping away, and my power started in the 180s, drifted thru the 170s and down into the 160s as the climb went on.

On the way home from work, I swung by the south meadow of Mendon Ponds to do some skiing. Trails were decent but I am still very unstable and those one contour hills were terrifying. I only fell once when picking up short on a downhill but I did take the skis off and walk down the last hill in the dark as I had no confidence I could do anything by headlamp going down it.

Wasn't really up for a workout so I just jumped on the default Yorkshire course that came up. Did pick it up a bit to stay with random people, then hit the KOM section and had to put in some effort. Beat that time on the second lap by 6 seconds and wss 2 minutes faster overall on the second lap. Also did a hard sprint later in each lap.

FCH3 from Genesee Valley Park, set by Boo and Messiah. Plenty of running thru the snow which seems to have stressed my hips and groin more than usual. HR was clearly off again today.
