So, I decided to skip the Y tonight to "make" dinner for Luke just in time for the Sabres game to start. Boy was I rewarded for my sloth! The Sabres fell behind in Pittsburgh, 4-1, so I almost switched over to MNF, but resisted the urge, and the Sabres came back for a 5-4 OT win! During the second intermission, we saw the Rams-Chiefs game was quite interesting, so we flipped back over after the Sabres game, and what a show - first time a losing NFL team ever scored 50 points. Mahomes played like Ryan Fitzpatrick on steroids, right down to not one, but two INTs on potential game-winning drives.

Foot felt great while running, but was sore after getting home.

Took the day off - partly because my foot needed a break, and partly because I went from work to Luke's XC banquet to Luke's hockey practice (in the snow) and home after 10:15pm.
