Nothing to log for today, but I did do a fair amount of walking around the Indiana University campus, patrolling the controls for the Flying Pig's campus sprint. It looked like a very fun set of courses and made me quite sad that I couldn't run one.
Recumbant bike in the hotel in Dayton, OH. Some annoying kids were abusing the treadmills for much of this time, but I had my new Lana Del Rey CD to listen to.

Planned on doing a mile on the treadmill at 4mph and 4% incline, but Chris showed up and I accidentally hit the stop button - it wouldn't start right back up, so that was a sign that I was done.
Unplanned rest day because Scott blew me off and ate dinner instead of meeting for some training. So, I became weak and stayed home to watch the Sabres game instead of carrying on as planned.

Second half of the 500 would have been several seconds faster if a pedestrian had not been standing in the middle of my lane without a clue. She got offended when the lifeguard informed her that the two lanes were for lap swim, not random water walking or open swim or whatever she was doing.
