The knee was stiff and tender today. There was pain when something touched the knee, but no pain attached to the actual movement of the knee apart from indirect pressure to the skin. Some light biking seemed appropriate for this and I only felt mildly uncomfortable when I did, and no pain.

Did the blue course today. I really like the terrain at Powissett, and Jeff had set a good course. No big mistakes.

The only downer was that going from 10, I tripped and slammed my knee into a log with a branch stump sticking up. Took me a minute before I could move again, but then I was able to get running again and it didn't bother me for the rest of the course. Afterwards, the knee is stiff and little bit swollen, plus a nice blue area and scratched up.

Went out to Estabrook and ran the red course. Feels like I am recovering, but I am still slow. Need to start building up speed now.

The orienteering was very easy, so it was more of a trail run than orienteering.

Seems like I am starting to recover from last weekend, but still a lot slower than normal. Tried to do 9.5mph but that was just way too fast this week, and instead of doing structured intervals, it turned in to a random range of speeds.
