Fish Creek. Tempo pace. Some nice forest, mostly trails though. Good place for an Adventure Run.

Around the Glenmore reservoir and meandering home through some nice European looking neighbourhoods.

Bow Valley. 1st Line-O, then a course set by Sarah, then I made a hilly control picking course. Legs crossing the main ridge (about 25m) a whole bunch of times. The goal was 1000m for the day, but just a bit shy. Precision O the whole way.

AM. um, so just a morning run. I had my Otervals of UofC all ready to go...but what I thought was the uni was actually the hospital...so never found my map! Which is embarrassing since I biked through it yesterday. Well, I found a few places for tonight's hills anyways.
