took today as more of a training race...my goal was to run clean the entire race and maintain my concentration and flow. didn't quite meet the goal, but enjoyed the race anyways and had a very good first 1/2

Sprint finals...each run was better and better and finished with a very fast race to edge out a 1st place run. Read well and went as hard as I could. Martin led all but 4 or 5 controls but I caught a break when he skipped the last one.

Run to iroquoi hts and back mostly through the forest, some strides after. Feeling really good this morning, all of yesterday's sore spots gone.

On two little bits of map at Iroquoi hts. Took it pretty easy, especially on the rocky bits, then some at full speed at the end. Thought about some ning-o, but decided it would be better to get my head into things in the day and have a few extra hours rest tonight.

eliminator. Felt good to loosen up the ankle, but more running than thinking today. First real oreinteering in a while maybe? looking forward to some slow sessions to get my brain into the maps here.

To and from Chedoke...nice forest on the way up, lots of pavement through town.

TNT. 1/2 on some sweet forest trails, rest on tracks. Felt good and pushed hard. Rolled my ankle pretty good after one set, so walk-jogged the middle set and was ready to go on the flats for the last one.
